Integrated design

Visual centering is ready to use with zero delay, ensuring real-time and reliable data transmission.
Automatic Calibration Workflow
- Step1: Turn on the device and align the red light spot with the recognition window.
- Step2: Click Follow and the cutting head will automatically move to the optimal detection position.
- Step3: Calibrate by observing the screen.
High-precision algorithm
BOCHU MCD 100 fiber center device's high-precision algorithm provides clear vision and precise calculations. Using tape for centering is time consuming and relies on experience. BOCHU MCD 100 provides high efficiency even for novice users. While the former method offers approx. 0.1mm accuracy and takes 5-6 minutes, BOCHU MCD 100 delivers around 0.02 mm accuracy in less than a minute.
