“Where can I sign up on the website?”
You have 3 options to register:
• In the header click on "Profile" right next to the "Cart" button
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and find "Registration" in the footer.
• You could also do the registration process right before the purchase in the pop-up window.
“I want to order from more than one Signdepot webshops. How can I make sure it will be shipped in one package?”
For the convenience of our customers, some of our products can be found in both our Transfer and Print shops. These are the following: cotton t-shirts, pre-treatment and top-coat varnishes, DTF printers and their accessories, cutting plotters and their accessories. Therefore, please check first whether you can place an order for the desired products from one store.
If it is not possible, please select the “personal pick-up” option at the second (and third) webshop's basket as a payment method, and please indicate your request for joint handling of the orders in the “Note” text field before placing the order. That way, you will receive the ordered products in one package.
“Which countries do you ship to?”
We are currently shipping to 34 European countries, only in European Union: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, San Marino, United Kingdom, Vatican City State, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Lathia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Norway, Turkey.

“How can I change the language and currency on the webshop?”
You can switch between languages and currency right next to the search bar on the right side of the header.
“The Add to cart button is inactive / there is no Add to cart button.”
Only items currently on stock can be added to cart. When this happens the product is either out of stock or only available through quotation request. If it’s the former, you can find the expected arrival date on the product page. If not, please contact our customer service.
“How will I know when a product currently out of stock is available again?”
You can request to be notified by clicking on the „Notification” button on the product page. The system will send you an e-mail automatically once the product is available again. (If the product gets out of stock after that, you need to request notification again.)
If you cannot see this button, it means you’ve already clicked on it, so you will get the notification once the product arrives to our stock. Using this function does NOT qualify as a pre-order as the whole system is automatic and we cannot check who asked for notification about which product.
