Compact, fully enclosed fiber laser cutting machine with a side-extending worktable.
The 3000x1500mm extendable worktable with motoric movement, which can be walked around on 3 sides, allows for easier loading and unloading of sheets, while a high level of occupational safety is also achieved thanks to the fully enclosed cover. The 3015F is actually the version of our 3015S open flatbed laser machine with a cover and an extendable table. It contains top-quality components and is TÜV certified, which makes it stand out from the category of cheaper Chinese laser cutters!
Practical material loading
We recommend our 3015F fiber laser cutter to businesses that need to achieve a small footprint, high level of occupational safety and fast workpiece handling at the same time. Usually, fixed 1-table laser cutters with a small footprint are installed without a cover, since a full cover would hinder the insertion of the raw material. That is why laser machines with two tables and a table change mechanism (such as the E series) have a full cover, but these are more expensive and require a larger floor space. In the case of the 3015F, however, thanks to the practical side-extendable table, even a laser cutter with a small footprint with 1 table can get a full cover. The pneumatic vertically opening door and the motorized table mechanism can be operated from the control panel with the push of a button and after loading the sheet, the laser cutting takes place under a fully closed cover. The opening of the door and the movement of the work table are monitored by an infrared gate.

Efficient, well-designed extraction
The SD Laser 3015F has sectional extraction zones, and the air extracted from the bottom is discharged through an extraction port at the end of the machine body. At the sectional extraction connection points, flame-retardant baffles and grilles prevent sparks and particles from causing damage to the extraction system or the machine body.

The machine body is made of high-strength steel plates with groove-welded seams, which undergo multi-stage stress relief and heat treatment to ensure decades of guaranteed accuracy.

Thanks to the high-quality main parts and the stress-free robust machine body, the mechanical positioning of the laser head is carried out with an accuracy of 0.02mm, while it is capable of speeds of up to 120m/min. Whether it is an extremely small or large workpiece, after automatic sheet metal design, our laser cutter has been used for high-precision and high-speed laser metal cutting in several shifts for several years.
