The E8 laser cutter, with its solid marble bed, offers outstanding acceleration, speed and accuracy, similarily to the E10 model. However, the E8 laser cutter has servo motors instead of linear motor direct drive. Between the compact E5 and the top-speed E10, this fiber laser cutting model is the optimal choice for those looking for reliable top performance and CNC technology with decades of experience behind it. Available with worktable sizes from 3100x1600mm to 6100x2100mm and power from 2kW to 60kW.
Safe operation with TÜV certification
The E8 is fully enclosed and meets the strictest industry standards both structurally and in terms of electronics, so it can be ordered with TÜV certification if required. The viewing windows are OD4+ class laser-protective industrial glass, which is typically not found in competing fiber laser cutting machines in this category.
Marble bed for higher accuracy
The solid marble bed provides extreme accuracy and stronger stability compared to any traditional welded or cast steel worktable. This precision base provides excellent thermal and geometric stability. Although the E8 laser machine does not have linear motors and direct drives like our E10 series, the high-performance servo motors and extremely stable bed can achieve 0.02mm/m return accuracy, up to 3G acceleration and 170m/min speed!
Table change function
The E series (E5, E8 and E10) has 2 work tables with automatic change. The feed and output mechanism is separated from the CNC mechanism in the machine body, so simultaneous laser cutting and workpiece change does not cause any problems. The table movement is also eliminated, because special pneumatic table locking pins fix it when it reaches the correct position.
New heat-resistant coating
The renewed composite refractory brick coating puts our E8 laser machine on a higher technical and quality level. The new material provides adequate fire resistance, heat resistance, and is also more resistant to slag adhesion, which also reduces periodic maintenance work. A few years ago, only our top-performance models received this option, but today it is standard equipment on our E8 flatbed laser cutter.
Zoned active extraction system
The extraction system of the E8 laser machine now uses the new zoned technology, which is much more efficient than traditional single-point extraction. One element of the system is the pressurized space, which, with the help of fans and the extractor, forces the air from top to bottom, along with dust and fumes. The next important point of the system are the active, pneumatically operated butterfly valve zones, which are always open at the current location of the laser cutting, thus optimizing the extraction efficiency.
