The T8 is a tube laser developed for the highest performance and size requirements with a 12m semi-automatic feeder and a 12m semi-automatic unloader. We recommend it for professional and automatic laser cutting of sections up to 12m long and up to 520mm diameter of circles, squares, HEB/HEA/IPE, angles and other profiles.
12m Chain Feeder and Discharge System
The T8 pipe cutting laser is equipped with a 12m semi-automatic feeder and a 12m semi-automatic take-off and discharge system as standard. This solution greatly increases productivity as operators or a crane only need to place the section on the feeder and the machine will automatically perform the loading, clamping, centering, laser cutting and discharge of the falling workpiece.
The most professional chuck system available
Our tube laser machines have evolved a lot over the years. While 10 years ago we installed tube cutting laser machines with manual centering, today not only automatic centering, but also many other advanced functions are standard equipment. Our T8 tube laser has 3 chucks, which can work in an extremely large diameter range, coupled with the appropriate load capacity, automatic loading with centering. It can handle profiles with zero mm of falling waste, as the first chuck can also move in front of the laser head. Whether it is a 50x50mm or a 520mm tube, the T8 chuck system precisely clamps and centers it for laser cutting. Our new, special T8 model can handle diameters of up to 800mm!
Stable support with active functions
The laser machine is equipped with active supports. The roller pneumatic support not only helps to hold the pipe or closed section during laser cutting, but the section can turn more easily, does not get damaged, does not bend, ensures problem-free laser cutting even with heavy and long fibers. The clamping jaw supports also actively participate in the process: they help in the automatic centering of the sections, and aligning the section to the chucks' axis of rotation during loading.
Servo-driven material-following, tilting take-off unit
The T8 pipe cutter has a 2.5m wide take-off unit. This unit has a material-following movement, so when the profile is rotated, it tilts up and down to actively follow its shape and thus ensures process support on the take-off side while the material is being cut. After cutting, the entire plate tilts down and the cut workpiece slides off.
Bevel cutting (optional)
Our T8 fiber tube laser machine optionally can be ordered with a laser head tiltable at 45°. The extra axis connected to the laser head expands possibilities by allowing the laser head to cut not at a specific angle besides perpendicular cutting. In the case of “3D” cutting, cutting at an angle can reduce post-processing, improve fitting accuracy, and create weld seam preparations.

Our client purchased a 12+12 meter SD Laser R8 automatic tube cutting machine from us for the production of their own H beam products. We later installed an SD Laser large industrial fiber laser cutter at the same site.

There are almost no Chinese laser cutting equipment on the market that has both CE and TÜV certification. Only the TÜV certificate guarantees, for example, that the housing of your laser cutter has the appropriate OD4+ standard glazing, ensuring the appropriate protection.
