Efficient, well-designed extraction
The SD Laser E5 has sectional extraction zones, and the air extracted from the bottom is discharged through an extraction port at the end of the machine body. At the sectional extraction connection points, flame-retardant baffles and grilles prevent sparks and particles from causing damage to the extraction system or the machine body.
The machine body, the stable foundation of the system
The machine body is made of high-strength steel plates with groove-welded seams, which undergo multi-stage stress relief and heat treatment to ensure decades of guaranteed accuracy. In the case of the SD Laser E and S series, several sizes of work tables can be selected when ordering the laser machine: 3000x1500mm, 4000x2000mm, 6000x200mm or 6000x2500mm. In the case of the E series, the machine body is protected by a full cover, thus ensuring the appropriate work protection.
Durable worktable with refractory brick coating
The refractory brick coating significantly increases the service life of the machine body, since during laser cutting - especially in the case of high-performance configurations - the slag that comes off the material and flows out from below constantly destroys the surfaces it meets. The refractory brick not only increases safety and service life, but can of course be replaced if necessary. These and many similar details distinguish SD Laser fiber laser machines from their cheaper Chinese competitors.

Precision and high performance in one device
Thanks to the high-quality main parts and the stress-free robust machine body, the mechanical positioning of the laser head is carried out with an accuracy of 0.02mm, while it is capable of speeds of up to 170m/min. Whether it is an extremely small or large workpiece, after automatic sheet metal design, our laser cutter has been used for high-precision and high-speed laser metal cutting in several shifts for several years.
Melt Pool Detection System (optional)
By visually monitoring and detecting the melt pool during cutting in real time, the system can dynamically change laser cutting parameters (e.g. focus, speed) during cutting to ensure the most efficient material separation by the laser beam. This technology helps ensure consistent laser cutting even with varying material qualities.
Utilization of scrap loss? The Sky Eye smart function makes it possible!
The scanner camera mounted on the laser head scans the remaining material pieces on the worktable and then automatically places the workpieces on them in the nesting software with the most optimal material utilization. This means an unprecedented advantage in the use of remaining material and less waste. This is the Skye Eye optional accessory for 3015EG.
Compact size in a single 20GP container
Unpredictable international shipping problems are common these days, which result in a serious increase in costs and delivery times. That is why it can be a market advantage if an industrial equipment fits in a much smaller container than a 40HQ. The 3015EG fits in a standard 20GP container, which makes our offer more favorable for your company than competing equipment with similar features but larger dimensions.
TÜV certified for European requirements
There are almost no Chinese laser cutting equipment on the market that has both CE and TÜV certification.
