The combined series SQ is actually an improved version of the open, single-table series S with an additional tube cutter.

The machine body, the stable foundation of the system
The machine body is made of high-strength steel plates with groove-welded seams, which undergo multi-stage stress relief and heat treatment to ensure decades of guaranteed accuracy. In the case of the SD Laser E and S series, several sizes of work tables can be selected when ordering the laser machine: 3000x1500mm, 4000x2000mm, 6000x200mm or 6000x2500mm. In the case of the E series, the machine body is protected by a full cover, thus ensuring the appropriate work protection.
A complete rotary unit!
The essence of our combined laser machine is that in addition to flat sheet cutting, it is also suitable for precise laser cutting of tubes, hollow sections and other profile sections. The pneumatic chuck with automatic centering and the intermediate automatic lower supports make it easier to load the fiber material. Diameter capacity: 20–280 mm.

Precision and high performance in one device
Thanks to the high-quality main parts and the stress-free robust machine body, the mechanical positioning of the laser head is carried out with an accuracy of 0.02mm, while it is capable of speeds of up to 120m/min. Whether it is an extremely small or large workpiece, after automatic sheet metal design, our laser cutter has been used for high-precision and high-speed laser metal cutting in several shifts for several years.
Melt Pool Detection System (optional)
By visually monitoring and detecting the melt pool during cutting in real time, the system can dynamically change laser cutting parameters (e.g. focus, speed) during cutting to ensure the most efficient material separation by the laser beam. This technology helps ensure consistent laser cutting even with varying material qualities.
TÜV certified for European requirements
There are almost no Chinese laser cutting equipment on the market that has both CE and TÜV certification. We are proud that all SD Laser fiber laser cutters meet the highest requirements for reliability and safe operation. Only the TÜV certificate guarantees, for example, that the housing of your laser cutter has the appropriate OD4+ standard glazing, ensuring the appropriate protection.
