Warranty terms of CO2 lasertube:

The manufacturer’s 6 months warranty is valid from the date of production so we sell the lasertubes with unique warranty terms:

• Warranty: 6 months from the production date indicated on the product or “Operating warranty”.
• If the 6 months warranty pediod has already expired, we can only guarantee Operating warranty.
• Operating warranty: we guarantee operating warranty for the lasertube sold after the warranty period. If the lasertube installed by our colleague is not working, we will replace another.
• Based on our approx. 10 years experience, the 6 months warranty doesn’t affect the lifetime of lasertube expected after the installation. 
• There is no quarantee for cracks and slits, for lasertubes non-installed by our company or for the expected lifetime. The real lifetime depend on the environment and the opertaional performance of lasertube.
