All-In-One design

Easily accessible focus lens
The AEON MIRA S laser engravers have a screwless lens replacement system.
Thanks to the magnetic drawer system, the focusing lens can be changed or serviced quickly and accurately.
Maintenance without tools
All mirrors on these models are easily accessible, cleaned and replaced without the use of tools or recalibration.
Dust-free laser head
The laser head is completely sealed so that no dust, vapour or debris can enter the laser head.
All that remains is an external window, which is much easier to maintain and replace if necessary.
Closed optical system
To further reduce the need for maintenance, the optical system in these laser engraving machines is completely isolated from the work area, allowing Clean Pack Design to maximise its potential.
Proactive intelligent monitoring
On AEON Mira S models, all optics are equipped with thermal sensors that record and report temperature readings, eliminating the likelihood of unexpected failures.
This proactive approach not only protects against costly failures and unexpected downtime, but also reduces the need for frequent, unwarranted cleaning.
In addition, the controller records these values, along with ambient temperature, laser tube run time and machine parameters, to serve as a diagnostic log in the event that troubleshooting is required (Mira 7S, Mira 9S)
Fully enclosed, dust-resistant guide rail
The fully enclosed system protects not only the linear rails and conductors from dust, but also the light track. It prevents unwanted particles from spreading beyond the work area, reducing the frequency of maintenance.
