Double laser source
Super Nova opens up new horizons in laser cutting! It contains two types of laser sources: high quality CO2 tubes and an RF laser source. Thanks to its dual laser source, it offers unique versatility.
- CO2 tubes: precise and reliable cutting of thick materials
- RF laser source: for super-fine, extra-fast engraving
Intuitive LCD display
Settings are easy to follow on the intuitive LCD display.
The display shows directly the most important and frequently used functions and information. This reduces set-up time and makes it easier to use overall.
For a perfect user experience, the LCD display shows the following information:
• water temperature
• current (mA)
• air pressure (psi)
• optical temperature.
All-In-One design
Compact design was also an important aspect when designing the AEON Super Nova models.
For these laser machines, the water cooler, air pump and exhaust are already located in the machine body.
Easily accessible focus lens
AEON Super Nova laser engravers have a screwless lens exchange system.
Thanks to the magnetic drawer system, the focusing lens can be quickly and precisely replaced or maintained.
Maintenance without tools
All mirrors on these models are easily accessible, cleanable and replaceable without the use of tools or recalibration.
Dust-free laser head
The laser head is completely sealed, so no dust, steam or debris can get inside the laser head.
All that remains is an external window, which is much easier to maintain and, if necessary, replace.
Closed optical system
In order to further reduce the need for maintenance, the optical system in these laser engraving machines is completely separated from the work area, so the Clean Pack Design makes the most of its potential.

Fully enclosed, dust-resistant guide rail

Optional built-in high-resolution camera for accurate positioning and job monitoring.
Trash drawer for safe use
During the use of laser machines, the accumulation of small cut workpieces, which can become a fire hazard, can cause serious safety problems.
To eliminate this, the Super Nova models are designed with a separate waste drawer inside the machine. All small cut work pieces fall into this, which can then be easily emptied.
Transitional workspace
There are pass-through doors on the back and front of the Super Nova machines, which can be opened to place longer pieces of raw materials in the workspace.
