Signdepot has installed more than 400 HSG laser equipment since 2008, and is undoubtedly one of the most popular laser engravers on the Hungarian market. The key to our success is the quality of the machine, which represents industrial quality due to the technical quality of the parts and the quality of the assembly. We are proud that our laser engraver is used not only by the SME sector, but also by multinational companies in multi-shift, continuous operation. Our own service center serves the installed equipment with more than 15 years of experience, so we provide a reliable background in the long run. From 2021, we will continue to sell HSG machines under our own brand name SD-LASER PRO. With unchanged technical content, only the name has changed.
Why does SD-LASER PRO stand out from the quality level of other Chinese laser machines?
90% of the Chinese laser machine market has a quality level of approx. It represents a value between 1500 and 2000USD and a lower level of quality. These cheaper devices are also popular products in Chinese and international online marketplaces. The SD-LASER PRO brand represents a higher price range and a correspondingly higher technical standard.
Industrial qualit linear rail
The popular drive for cheaper laser engravers is the plastic roller linear rail or the sliding linear rail.
In the former case, the plastic roller will wear out, crack, or the shaft will come loose, resulting in a gradual deterioration in the quality of the engraving.
The problem with sliding linear rails is not the problem with the technology, but the cheaper laser machines typically have a low quality profile rail and trolley that gradually loosens and cannot be repaired!
Our SD-LASER PRO laser machines feature a liner rail with stainless steel castors, which not only deteriorates industrial quality but almost never deteriorates. We declare this based on our more than 10 years of experience.
Motorized table with efficient smoke extraction
The critical point for CO2 laser engravers is the motorized table.
The SD-LASER PRO is unique in its price range because it is not only extra reinforced, stable, but resistant to corrosive fumes caused by engraving / cutting due to its stainless steel components. Cheaper laser machines have a completely different look when we open the front door of the machine ...
Extraction is also more efficient as it is not located on the side of the workspace, but under the workspace, so the smoke leaves downwards and does not discolour the workpiece.
High quality optical system
The optical system of our machine is also designed for long-term industrial use. The quality of the mirror, the stable, heavy machine frame and the possibility of precise calibration ensure a precise laser beam in the long run.
Due to the resonance resulting from the weaker frame of cheaper laser machines and the lower quality optical system, readjustment is sometimes required (a need that only begins to appear as the quality of the engraving deteriorates).
Modern, high-quality RUIDA control system
The control system is dominant in glass tube CO2 laser machines. This gives the machine trouble-free usability, a user-friendly interface and useful production support functions. Our laser machine is equipped with a RUIDA controller, which is an industry leader. It represents an absolutely higher, more professional level than MPC or other cheaper controls that only include the CorelDraw plugin.
There are also differences within RUIDA. The older version 5 is followed by the 6th latest one, which is also included in our machine. Exact type: RDS6442S.
